In addition to strengthening our ability to be a growth partner to strategic sectors in the country, the acquisition also offers synergies, diversifies our revenue stream, and brings on board supporting utilities that are needed for our expansion.
Chandra Asri Group is pioneering its steps in the shipping and warehousing business that focuses on serving the needs of the Company and additional potential external customers in the future through PT Chandra Shipping International (CSI) and PT Marina Indah Maritim (MIM). Through this business line, Chandra Asri Group is developing towards shipping management and land logistics business.
