Taman Asuh Sayang Anak (TAMASYA) Program, initiated by the Ministry of Population and Family Development/BKKBN to improve the quality of early childhood care, has been implemented by Chandra Asri Group through a partnership with Child Care Center ‘Idola Bangsa’ in Cilegon City. This initiative aligns with the company’s commitment as a Growth Partner to enhance human resource quality from an early age in support of Indonesia’s Golden Generation 2045 vision.

In its implementation, Chandra Asri Group collaborates with Child Care Center ‘Idola Bangsa’, which is expected to serve as a model for more structured and high-quality childcare in Cilegon. This commitment is realized through a range of activities, including child growth and development assessments to ensure alignment with age milestones, capacity building for teachers and caregivers through education delivered by professional practitioners, as well as employee volunteer engagement in interactive activities such as storytelling and coloring with children. These efforts aim to deliver improved childcare services while strengthening the early childhood education ecosystem in Cilegon City.
