Strengthening Efficiency and National Talent, Chandra Asri Group Officially Operates CASS as Shared Service Center (SSC)

PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk (Chandra Asri Group) has officially operated PT Chandra Asri Sentral Solusi (CASS) as a Shared Service Center (SSC) to provide comprehensive back-office services. CASS delivers integrated solutions covering finance, human resources, procurement, and customer operations functions. Currently, one of CASS’s primary focuses is supporting the operations of Aster Chemical & Energy Pte, Ltd (Aster) through centralized management from Indonesia, ensuring that regional business activities run more efficiently and effectively to support cross-border operations.

The operation of this new unit is seen as a significant milestone in the company's governance transformation. Lenny Woen, President Director of PT Chandra Asri Sentral Solusi, emphasized that this initiative strengthens the Group's operational foundation through integrated and sustainable services. This vision is supported by the readiness of a robust technological infrastructure. Philippe Pangestu, Chief Financial Officer, stated that this service center prioritizes scalability and the utilization of an AI-based ecosystem to be ready to serve the future needs of both internal and external partners.

Aligned with the increase of these capabilities and operational readiness, CASS is expected to make a significant contribution to the development of the national employment ecosystem with a target capacity increase of up to 200 employees. The presence of CASS is part of Chandra Asri Group’s strategy to strengthen long-term competitiveness, while simultaneously driving talent development and the creation of skilled jobs in Indonesia across various key business support functions.
