KOLASE Program Promotes Inclusion and Waste Sorting Education in Cilegon

PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk (chandra Asri Group), in collaboration with the Cilegon City Environmental Agency (DLH Kota Cilegon), launched the KOLASE program (Collaboration in Circular Economy Waste Management) at Sekolah Khusus Negeri 01 Kota Cilegon on Thursday, August 28, 2025. Carrying the theme “Semua Bisa Pilah” , the KOLASE program provides inclusive waste sorting education by instilling the habit of separating waste from an early age, while also ensuring equal participation opportunities, including for people with disabilities. 

To date, the KOLASE program has been implemented in 20 schools across Cilegon, covering elementary to highschool levels. Its presence in a special school marks the first step to expand the program’s reach, enabling waste sorting to be carried out collectively while also empowering communities through the circular economy concept
