Maximum file size is 300 kB with the format of MS Word (***.doc) and naming the file according to Student ID Number (NIM) (example: 13008001.doc) consisting of: Application Form Academic Transcript obtained from TU-TK Counters (without signature) Scan results of the front part of Student Identity Card (KTM).
