Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 2015

On March 20, 2015, PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk held the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders at Wisma Barito Pacific Jakarta with meeting agenda 'Change of the composition of the Board of Commissioners and the appointment of Independent Director of the Company'. On that day, the Meeting has approved the resignation of Mr. George Allister Lefroy from his position as President Commissioners and appointed Mr. Djoko Suyanto as the new President Commissioners and also acted as Independent Commissioner. The meeting also approved the appointment of Mr. Suryandi as an Independent Director.
