Chandra Asri Group and EGCO Group Inject Additional Capital to Chandra Asri Group’s Infrastructure Business

PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk (Chandra Asri Group), a leading energy, chemical and infrastructure solutions provider in Southeast Asia, together with Electricity Generating Public Company Limited (EGCO Group), a leading Thai power and energy holding company, have jointly injected additional capital into PT Chandra Daya Investasi (CDI Group), a special purpose vehicle entity dedicated to Chandra Asri Group's infrastructure solutions investments. The injection of funds totaled USD 185 million, of which Chandra Asri Group contributed USD 90 million and EGCO Group USD 95 million.

This additional investment reflects EGCO Group's strong belief in CDI's long-term growth potential, as well as the Company's ongoing commitment to developing high-quality, environmentally responsible infrastructure platforms across Southeast Asia. CDI will continue to focus on driving sustainable growth and creating long-term value through its broad portfolio of growing infrastructure assets.
