Chandra Asri Group, in collaboration with Kitaoneus.asia, a disability advocacy organization, conducted outreach for 50 deaf online drivers to directly understand the concept of circular economy while facilitating them to obtain Free Driver's Licenses (SIM). This program also commemorates National Waste Care Day 2024, which falls on February 21, 2024, with the theme "Addressing Plastic Waste Productively."

In this program, all deaf online drivers participating in obtaining free SIMs are encouraged to bring plastic waste collected from their homes. The collected plastic waste, exchanged for SIMs, will be further managed at the Integrated Waste Management Industry Overcome Waste - Self-Managed (IPST ASARI) under the guidance of Chandra Asri Group located in Kelurahan Kota Bumi, Purwakarta District, Cilegon City. IPST ASARI processes low-value plastic waste into pyrolysis oil called PLUSRI, which is utilized by fishermen and home businesses along the coast of Pangaradan Beach, Anyar Village, Serang District, Banten.
