Chandra Asri Group Demonstrates Commitment to Decarbonization at the ASIA-TECH 2026 Advisory Board Meeting

ASIA-TECH 2026 is an annual event organized by Euro Petroleum Consultants, held on March 17, 2026. The Advisory Board Meeting highlights the dynamics of the downstream industry in Asia, focusing on the implementation of applicable technologies and the necessity of repositioning market strategies amidst increasingly complex industrial challenges. The meeting was attended from diverse industry, including licensors, refinery and petrochemical operators, and technology providers.

Chandra Asri Group participated in the dialogue, represented by the Head of ESG & Sustainability, Andang Pungkase. He emphasized the importance of integrating decarbonization at the industrial operator level, as well as the utilization of renewable energy to support strategies toward achieving net-zero emissions. This participation reflects the Company’s commitment to contributing to strategic industry dialogues while strengthening its role in accelerating the transition toward a low-carbon economy.

The event also served as a preliminary session leading up to the main ASIA-TECH 2026 annual forum, which will take place in Bangkok, Thailand, this coming October. The forum will serve as a platform for exchanging insights on the dynamics and development trajectory of the downstream sector in the Asian region.
