Chandra Asri Group Awarded as National Lighthouse Industry 4.0

Chandra Asri Group received the National Lighthouse Industry 4.0 award from the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia. This award emphasizes the Company's position as a role model in digital transformation for industry players in similar sectors. The National Lighthouse Industry 4.0 award was officially handed over by the Minister of Industry, Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita, on Wednesday, February 21, 2024.
The National Lighthouse Industry 4.0 recognition received by Chandra Asri Group also supports the goals of the “Making Indonesia 4.0 Roadmap,” a government initiative that aims to prepare Indonesia for the Industry 4.0 era.  Meanwhile, at Chandra Asri Group, the digital transformation process is divided into two phases. The first phase, which runs from 2019 to 2023, is focused on implementing digital technology in business processes and manufacturing operations. While on the second phase, which starts in 2024 to 2026, will focus on modernizing the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) infrastructure as well as utilizing Automation, Big Data Analytics, and best practices from other industries to improve competitiveness and data quality.
