PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk (Chandra Asri Group), through its subsidiary PT Chandra Asri Konsultasi (CAK), has established a Shared Service Center (SSC) to enhance operational efficiency and support the sustainable growth of its subsidiaries. CAK's services cover back-office operations including finance, human resources, procurement, customer operations, and information technology (IT). The company also plans to recruit over 200 new employees and contribute to the development of Indonesian talent capacity.
Currently, CAK manages administrative operations for the Group’s assets in Singapore. Moving forward, CAK plans to expand its service offerings to external partners outside the corporate group. To support this growth, CAK will regularly conduct training programs and competency reviews to ensure every individual possesses skills relevant to the evolving needs of the industry. This strategic initiative underscores Chandra Asri Group’s role as a Growth Partner that not only focuses on business expansion but also on strengthening the capabilities of the local workforce as a driver of national economic growth.
