PT Chandra Daya Investasi Tbk Officially Listed, Ready to Become a Key Infrastructure Player in Southeast Asia

PT Chandra Daya Investasi Tbk (CDI Group) officially listed its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) under the stock code “CDIA” on July 9, 2025. Through this IPO, CDI successfully raised IDR 2.37 trillion by issuing 12,482,937,500 new shares at an offering price of IDR 190 per share. Market enthusiasm was reflected in the high oversubscription of up to 563.64 times during the offering period, starting from the bookbuilding phase on June 19–24, 2025, to the public offering on July 2–7,2025.

The funds from the IPO will be used to strengthen the capabilities of CDI’s subsidiaries, particularly in the logistics as well as port and storage sectors.
