CAP is on SWA Magazine Best Corporate University List

PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk enters the list of Indonesia’s Best Practice of Corporate University 2018, SWA Magazine version for Manufacturing & Processing category. Through this award, company’s learning and development system is believed to have integrate the ideal development methodology and implement the Learning Value Chain. This announcement is featured in SWA Magazine No. 11, 25 May – 5 June edition. CAP scored “good” in overall assessment, yet stand out for learning need analysis, learning design and learning delivery with “very good” score. This award certainly gives encouragement to CAP to make more achievement (continuous improvement principle) and to keep increasing our human resources’ capacities.
