ASIA TECH 2025: How Chandra Asri Group Implements the Energy Transition

Chandra Asri Group participated in ASIA‑TECH 2025 (Asia Refining & Petrochemicals Tech Forum), held in Jakarta on 8-9 October, 2025. This is a leading annual forum for the downstream oil and gas industry, specifically the refining and petrochemical industry in Asia. On this occasion, Andang Pungkase, Head of ESG & Sustainability at Chandra Asri Group, presented as a keynote panelist on the theme "The Future of Asia's Downstream Industry – Market, Policies & Strategic Developments," highlighting the challenges and opportunities of the energy transition and regulations in the downstream sector.

Meanwhile, Chandra Asri Group was represented by Poppy Indah Sari, PE Process Technology Senior Engineer, who presented on the implementation of an Energy Management System at Chandra Asri Group's Petrochemical Plant. This effort includes energy performance targets and measurements, as well as emission reduction initiatives. The Company's participation demonstrates Chandra Asri Group's commitment to sustainability and strengthens its role as an active stakeholder in regional dialogue on energy policy and innovation.
