Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) 2024

On Wednesday, May 8, 2024, Chandra Asri held its 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) in Jakarta. In this annual Meeting agenda, 9 (nine) agenda items were discussed, including the distribution of dividends, business development, and changes in the composition of the Company's management.

The Meeting approved the distribution of cash dividends using part of the 2021 Retained Earnings. The Meeting also discussed the feasibility study on the plan to add Bag Film Roll manufacturing business activities as well as the separation of sea port units, docks and storage facilities to a subsidiary whose 99.99% shares are owned by the Company, namely PT Chandra Pelabuhan Nusantara (CPAT).
