Empowering Talented Indonesian Youths, Chandra Asri Group officially opens applications for Chandra Asri ASPIRE Graduate Program 2026

PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk (Chandra Asri Group) has opened applications for Chandra Asri ASPIRE 2026, a Graduate Development Program that recruits and develops Talented Indonesian Youths, shaping them into future leaders of the organization. This program is open to Indonesian citizens who are fresh graduates and students graduating from universities in Indonesia or abroad, as well as candidates with up to two years of professional work experience. Applications are open from 6 July - 3 August through careers.chandra-asri.com. Selected participants will undergo a structured development program facilitated by the company and cross-functional exposure across the company’s key business areas (business management, operations, engineering). 

As part of the program, Chandra Asri Group will also hold a roadshow at several leading universities across Indonesia aimed at providing registered candidates with industry insights and development opportunities, as well as facilitating direct interaction with professionals.  Through Chandra Asri ASPIRE Graduate Development Program, Chandra Asri Group reaffirms its commitment to strengthening the foundation for the company’s growth while actively contributing to the development of exceptional talents capable of competing at both the national and international level.
